That’s not the end of it, however.
Even if immigration is a monetary
zero, it still emerges winners and losers within the United States and leads to
a wealth transfer from poor to rich Americans. Borjas states that rising the
immigrant flow by 10 percent dejected the wages of native-born Americans by 4
percent between 1960 and 2010. And it is quite evident that only an experienced

by African Americans, the most delicate group of citizens, whose unemployment
